This past week, I began researching the process of adding packages to conda-forge. The tutorials made it seem relatively straightforward, but of course it never is in programming, and I’m curious to see what obstacles I’ll face. I also worked on updating my paper for the DECA state conference. The deadline feels so early year after year—too early to make all the changes we want. However, at least we’ll get to focus on the presentation aspect after submitting this.
Over the weekend, I also completed a college interview for Princeton. My interviewer was a relatively recent graduate who was very nice, and she truly made me feel more excited about the prospect of attending the school next year. I’ve also recently been working on the Mu Alpha Theta math competition. Though it’s exciting to near the competition date, I still worry about having enough people sign up and having the test questions complete. I’m very thankful to have a supportive administration at Wakeland for this project.
This week, I will need to complete Assessment 18 and work on my original work speech and final product, which I don’t want to be behind on before next Friday's progress check. In the meantime, I’ll try to avoid being eliminated in Senior Assassins—I wouldn’t want to be a liability for my team!
